It was a sweet conversation on this Sunday Sizzle session, led by our Black Rawk Nation Community Leader, Zanita Buchanan.

Zanita knows her way around herbs, oils and peppers and freely shared her tried and true insights that help to promote health and nutrition tips to guide us through creating our own herbal garden.

We shared some recipes of our own and left this session excited to try it all and eager to one day meet in person and dine together soon.
