Through his Nation Builders Program, he has established alternative sentencing programs, preventative counterterrorism programs, and project-based academic programs for schools, companies, and governments. The common denominator of his programs is challenging all those he engages to identify their talents, develop marketable skills, an impact their communities as agents of positive and prolific social change. 

Presently, Mr. West serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School in Georgia. He develops programs for students, staff, and administration that maximize the talents, skills, and experiences of the Rabun Gap Community
