In the span of his lengthy career Percy has worked with notable names like Smokie Norful, Kirk Franklin, Donald Lawrence, Avant, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Michelle Williams (Destiny’s Child), Dionne Warwick, Michael McDonald, Bebe & Cece Winans, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Hezikiah Walker, Common and Marvin Sapp – an impressive line of credits.

Percy's long list of contributions reads like a "who's-who" in the Gospel Hall of Fame. This musician, writer, arranger, artist, and producer, is undoubtedly one of the most well-known and well-respected names in Christian and Secular music. His body of work has garnered him 26 Gold and Platinum albums. Not many songwriters and producers of any genre can boast a body of work that's been sung by a cast of star-studded names like the list that reads on Percy Bady's resume. Percy's beaming talent would also catch the eyes and ears of the notorious R. Kelly, which would later result in the collaboration of one of the best-known pop songs of our time – “I Believe I Can Fly”. Percy Bady's extraordinary gift for composing, arranging and later crafting a good song would make him among today's most coveted personalities with whom to partner.

⦿ Developing artists for his own independent company ClarkJames Entertainment.  

Percy is managing all of the above, while somehow still serving as the Musical Director at the one of the fastest growing churches in the Midwest "New Life Covenant Church Southeast". With a membership of over 26,000 New Life has tapped Percy to oversee its musical presentation on a weekly basis. New Life has also entrusted Percy to launch & develop new music/artists for its church.
