Christina is a national conference speaker, trainer, and licensed psychotherapist. As Founder and CEO of Living Waters Institute, she provides inspiration and education to healthcare professionals, educators, and nonprofit organizations on a variety of topics including building trauma-informed care communities, working with sexually exploited women and girls, leadership and character development, emotional and relational health, as well as self-care and wellness. Christina’s work at Living Waters Institute also affords her the privilege of providing transformational coaching and psychotherapy to women seeking change during major life transitions. She is the co-host of “The Living Whys Podcast” where she explores the evolving lives of women in the context of healing, leadership, spirituality, and self-care. Her greatest fulfillment comes from inspiring women to overcome the barriers that keep them from discovering their purpose and having the richly fulfilling lives and relationships they were created for.
Courage, character, and connection are the hallmarks of Christina’s personal mission. They are what drive her transformational work with women and with organizations seeking to establish and sustain safe, healthy, thriving work cultures.
Christina is married to the love of her life, Bryan, who is a chaplain and author, and together they have two amazing sons (16 and 19). Christina loves traveling, hiking, biking, mentoring young women, writing, beach bumming, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
