Rob Echols aka Hawk El, was born in New Haven, CT, and raised in Georgia. Hawk’s experience began as he attended Valdosta State University and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College in Atlanta, Ga . He has 12 years of professional cooking experience and has been a Professional Chef for 7 years. His experience includes the enviable role of being a Vegan Chef @ Apple Inc. where his responsibilities included creating, executing, and presenting his edible creations to executives, project managers and private contractors throughout the corporation.

Oshane Denton Warren, aka Chef Vita was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica, in St. Ann Parish - the largest parish in Jamaica.

He is named after his late mentor JAH-VITA.
At 28 years of age, Vita is a celebrity Vegan Chef, Entrepreneur, and Influencer. 
He expresses his creative gifts through the culinary and visual arts by infusing his food with healthy lifestyle principles.
They flock in groves just to taste his food, learn how to prepare meal's at his juice bar, and attend his cooking classes every year
